The H2 Green Steel whistleblower channel provides customers, employees, and other stakeholders an opportunity to report crimes and other irregularities in a secure and anonymous way.

Anyone noticing irregularities, violating the company values, policies, agreements or any laws and regulations is encouraged to raise their concern via existing channels (see below).

Reported cases may contain information about:

• corruption and financial irregularities,
• offenses related to health and safety,
• environmental crime,
• privacy violations.

Ways to report:

• Option 1: Make a report via the form below
• Option 2: Call Scutus hotline, say ‘whistleblower’ and you will be referred to an investigator. Phone number: +46 8 20 40 00.
• Option 3: Send an email to whistleblow@scutus.se.
• Option 4: Contact a supervisor or manager within the organization for
  guidance.

The notifier is encouraged to be open about their identity and report a concern in good faith. They will be informed within two (2) weeks about the progress of the investigation, except in cases where the accused’s privacy and confidentiality rights are violated. Abuse of the whistleblowing system is a serious disciplinary offence.

The anonymity of the notifier is respected and protected, unless required by applicable law or regulation to disclose information.

The data is only available to authorized persons who handle the information confidentially.

The whistleblower service may collect personal data about the reported person, the identifiable notifier, and possibly other persons. They can request correction, transfer, deletion, or limitation of their personal data.
